We go to great lengths to make sure that each property is cleaned & sanitized properly prior to your arrival! We are fortunate to have a top-notch cleaning team that has been with us for over 5 years and they are taking extra precautions in addition to their usual cleaning protocol. The Grand Resort is a million dollar property located 6.8 miles from DOWNTOWN GILBERT & only 8 miles from QUEEN CREEK MARKETPLACE! Also, located 2.5 miles from MESA-GATEWAY AIRPORT!! This property is great for families, large gatherings or work events.

4,000 sq.ft. on a large 1+ acre lot with tons of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. This is a one-story home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, custom pool, large backyard with LARGE BACKYARD that has a HUGE GRASS LAWN, YARD GAMES, POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL, PING PONG TABLE! There's a full-kitchen with high-end appliances plus an outdoor kitchen and this amazing house can accommodate up to 15 guests in beds.

BEDROOMS:

1) MASTER BEDROOM: (sleeps max. of 4) 1 King-Size Bed plus one Queen-size sofa sleeper, Writing desk, en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, spa-tub, separate his/hers sinks, 60" HD smart TV and separate entry to the pool area.

BEDROOM #2: (sleeps max. of 2) King-Size Bed, 50" HD smart TV, sitting area & ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #3 : King-Size Bed, two nightstands, one dresser, 50" HD smart TV, full length mirror, and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #4: Queen-size bed, two nightstands, one dresser, 50" HD smart TV, full length mirror, walk-in closet and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #5: (sleeps max. of 5) two bunk-beds (one full-sized bed and 3 twin beds), sitting area, writing desk, full-length mirror, ceiling fan and dresser.

BATHROOMS:

MASTER BATHROOM: Double sinks, separate makeup vanity area, spa-tub and separate shower.

BATHROOM 2: Large Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a double sink, and a separate area for the tub/shower combo & a third sink. This is a well-thought out combination so that if the shower is occupied, the double sink area can still be used to get ready.

BATHROOM 3: Full bathroom with walk-in shower. This bathroom is also the pool bathroom since there is a door that leads to the pool area.

GREAT ROOM & DINING ROOM:

The living room has an 82" HD Smart TV, large leather sectional with built-in electric recliners, Ping pong table and pool table.

The Living Room is spacious & has a view of the pool area. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and the breakfast bar.

KITCHEN:

The Kitchen is fully-stocked with all cookware, bake ware and necessary essentials you need to prepare and serve meals. The high-end appliances are: dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, stove/oven, wine fridge and an ice maker!

We provide a variety of small kitchen appliances such as: a Keurig, an Automatic Coffee Maker with coffee filters, Crockpot, electric hand mixer, toaster, blender, etc.. We also provide a great assortment of spices.

BACKYARD AND POOL AREA:

You will love this resort-style backyard! Feel free to pick lemons or oranges from our mature fruit trees! Our guests seem to really enjoy this treat.

POOL & SPA:

-Sparkling clean 6-person spa with lid-lift assist to make it easy to open & close.

-Large Custom-Built Pool has a Swim up bar, rain-curtain water feature plus four other water features, a large Baja shelf and night time pool lights.

-Lots of lounge chairs for Sunbathing or relaxing by the pool.

-The spa is heated year round for our guests.

-Pool heat is optional & available upon request.

Pool Heat is not included in cost for lodging. Pool Heat fee is $125/night (3 night minimum). For 7 nights or more, Pool Heat is discounted to $550/week. If choosing pool heat please ask at least 2 weeks in advance.

Also: If you have pool heat, the water features (the rain curtain, water deck jets, etc..) will not be active during your stay because the water features cool the water down and counteracts the heater.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) The posted rates are for LODGING ONLY for the number of guests indicated on your inquiry with a maximum number of 15 occupants. No weddings, parties, gatherings or celebrations of any other kind are allowed to be held on the premises.

OUTDOOR DINING & ENTERTAINING:

An outdoor kitchen with plenty of prep area, a large barbecue grill and a full-size outdoor refrigerator. Your friends & your family will be able to enjoy drinks or dinner at night around the two fire pits that light up the pool area.

For your added enjoyment, we have a variety of lawn games available such as corn hole, giant Jenga & giant connect four.

BABY ITEMS:

You can request a pack & play or a high chair be there for you when you arrive. These are available upon request & no extra charge but must be reserved in advance.

PARKING:

There’s plenty of parking on site as well as a two car garage with an automatic garage door opener.

This property is located on a LARGE 1-ACRE IRRIGATED LOT. Just beyond the pool area is a large fenced meadow for kids to run around and adults to play yard games. PLEASE NOTE: Once per month, water is released by way of irrigation (instead of a sprinkler system) and the yard gets flooded and our plants and trees get a deep water soak (the meadow area is unavailable during this time until the water dries up, so if you are planning on using the meadow for a group activity, PLEASE CONSULT THE PROPERTY MANAGER ABOUT THE IRRIGATION SCHEDULE before booking).
