FAQ’s
Q. May I host an event at your property?
A. Since our properties are located in a quiet residential area, we do not allow them to be used as venues for events.
Q. Upon departure, do I need to do anything? Since I pay a cleaning fee I assume everything is done by cleaning team.
A. Yes:
- All trash needs to be placed in Bins out side of home ( Both Recycle and Trash)
- No dirty dishes left in sink. Please place in dishwasher and press start.
- One load of towels started
Q. Will I be meeting the Property Manager upon arrival?
A. No need to meet the property manager since all properties have a keyless entry. You will receive the 4-digit code prior to check-in via text message on day of arrival.
Q. Is there a fee for early check-in?
A. Early check-in is $45.00
Q. Is there a penalty fee for checking in late?
A. No, we do not charge a fee for checking in late.
Q. May we have visitors over?
A. We ask that guests do not have local visitors over.
Q. May we have a Chef or Yoga instructor come by our property?
Yes, a chef or yoga instructor is not a problem please email us when they would be expected to stop by.
Q. Do you have Pack n plays or High Chairs available?
A. Yes, one high chair and one pack-n-play is available to guests upon request.
Q. Can I turn the A/C to 69 degrees.
A. Certain times of year the lowest A/C can be down to is 72 degrees. Units can suffer damage when A/C is too low and outside temp is at it’s all time high.
Q. When I purchase Pool Heat, to what temperature is water heated to?
A. 84 degrees.
